Location: Khalideyah. Abu Dhabi
Job Role: IT Supervisor
Responsibilities:

• Layout and configure IT infrastructure of the Taw-Jeeh Center
• Installed and Configured BioMatric (Suprema) and CCTV (UNview) for Taw-Jeeeh
• Figuring out the Drawbacks in the system and rectify for the smooth running of the Business and Advice management accordingly
• Take responsibility for the Center Network and maintain smooth working Environment.
• Support in various system (Wifi, Active directory, Mohre Website, Mobile devices)
• Configured Avaya Phone system
• Assist Users for day to day Issues on immediate basis
• Manage and Maintain the IT Inventory for the Center.
• Take part and Assist in developing the company website
• Always stayed in touch with MOHRE for any technical issues ether in system or transections
• Managing all Purchases, LPO, invoice history and to keep properly a copy of all documents in physical files and submits an original copy to account department.


IT Desktop Support Engineer​​ ​NOV 2017 - Jun 2018

Responsibilities:
• Managing and supporting the Mashreq Workshop in order to pc/laptop preparation at central location and asset management procurement new assets.
• Performing a Pivotal role within the company as a Support Engineer, which includes the daily resolution of end-user issues. Implementation of continual service improvement plan. Ensuring full compliance with ITIL Standards.
• Involved and Implemented Successful migration of 1800 desktop from Windows Vista to Windows 7 bank-wide in 3 months.
• Involved in successful implementation of Managed Print services bank-wide.
• Managing troubleshooting (Dot matrix, Laser Network printer).
• Managing IT Workshop of all IT related assets bank-wide.
• Coordinating with the vendors and procurement team for procurement of any new assets as per bank policy.
• Installation and configurations of Thin client PC's.
• To Support on Virtual Desktop Interfaces.
• Responsible to maintain desktops standards as per bank policy including hardware and software.
• Day-to-day IT support services to SLA and OLA targets as per ITSM Standard.
• Maintaining OU and groups on AD.
• To Support on MDM and Intune configuration and troubleshooting related concerns.
• Managing the records of blackberry users bank-wide.
• Responsible to maintain the logistics records in order to issue and collection of IT assets through courier.
• Supporting ten international locations of managing standard related to desktop/laptops.
• Provides general desktop Server and client support in MS Windows environment including Windows 2008, 2003, XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10 and other operating systems.
• To Provide Support on HP/Dell Thin client PC’s, VXL client
• To Provide Support on Virtual Desktop Interfaces
• Involved and Implemented windows 7 Migration over bank-wide
• To maintaining and updating the McAfee and Symantec AV Security by optimizing corporate desktop needs and abilities.



IT Technical Support Engineer​​ ​February 2015 - February 2017

Responsibilities:
• Implement policies and credentials for the use of computer system, shared drives and other network resources.
• Managing main domain controller having the services of DNS, DHCP and active directory etc.
• Managing Daily and Monthly backup of Design Department by using Symantec Exec backup software on tape media and monthly backup.
• Managing Kaspersky Antivirus (04/2012-04/2013) server with 75 user licenses to secure from Viruses, Trojans and perform weekly basis auto scanning on PC’s.
• Managing SonicWALL firewall to distribute internet among staff members by using time base internet policies for all users.
• Managing admin email console to create, delete or modify users and mail forwarding on request of management.
• Managing FTP space and update/delete unnecessary files and folders.
• Managing Ricoh, HP Plotters and small range printers.
• Updating all printers’ tonners and cartridges stock by placing an order to vendors on monthly basis.
• Managing all Panasonic IP telephone KX-NT136.
• Installing, supporting and maintaining server hardware and software infrastructure.
• Update patches and upgrades on servers and client PC.
• Monitoring network usage, server spaces and PC performance and updates, if needed.
• Analyzing and resolving faults, ranging from minor to major system crashed and coordinate with IT suppliers, if needed.
• Providing technical support and IT guidance to any user with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence.
• Planning and implementing future IT developments.
• Managing/updating IT inventory and keep track of all purchases and its warranties, if applicable.
• Managing all Purchases, LPO, invoice history and to keep properly a copy of all documents in physical files and submits an original copy to account department.
