Job Title: HR & Administrative Executive
We are looking for a reliable and organized HR & Administrative Executive to manage employee documentation, office administration, and assist with company cash flow tracking. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic financial administration knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee records, contracts, visas, onboarding, and HR documentation
Handle attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
Maintain company files, licenses, and administrative paperwork
Coordinate with accountants and management regarding invoices, payments, and cash flow tracking
Monitor daily expenses and maintain financial records
Prepare reports related to company expenses and operational costs
Support recruitment and employee communication
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Handle office administration and coordination tasks
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
2+ years of experience in HR, administration, or office management
Basic understanding of bookkeeping and cash flow management
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks
Experience with payroll or accounting software is a plus
