📢 Job Vacancy: Area Manager / Operation Manager (F&B)
📍 Location: Abu Dhabi
🏢 Industry: Food & Beverage (Restaurants / Cafés)
A leading company in the food and beverage sector is seeking to hire an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple branches within a defined region and ensure the highest standards of performance, quality, and customer service.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple branches
Ensure all branches comply with company policies and operational standards
Support, guide, and evaluate branch managers’ performance
Analyze sales and implement strategies to increase revenue
Monitor costs, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency
Ensure product quality and customer service excellence
Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management
🔹 Requirements:
Arabic nationality is required
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in restaurants or cafés
Previous experience as an Area Manager or Operation Manager
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in English is an advantage
