Barista Location: Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. Job Type: Full-time Job Overview We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages to company standards. Take customer orders and process payments accurately. Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and seating area. Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels. Follow food safety and health regulations at all times. Assist with opening and closing duties as required. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred. Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machines is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
