We are looking for a patient, friendly, and capable carer–supervisor with knowledge of drawing or art to support a young adult in Al Ain as he pursues his passion for sketching and creative work. He benefits from gentle guidance for his inattention and needs someone to sit beside him while he draws to help maintain focus. The supervisor will play an important role in establishing a steady daily routine by offering side-by-side support, calm encouragement, and consistent structure during his art activities and throughout the day. This is a part-time role from 2 pm to 8 pm, 5–6 days a week. Work includes: • Taking him outside to explore drawing subjects • Sitting with him in cafés during sketching or digital practice • Guiding him in drawing when needed • Short walks, outings, exhibitions, and creative trips • Providing calm companionship and routine support No medical duties required. Ideal for a retired senior, art-loving person, or creative young adult looking for meaningful, gentle work. Salary will be discussed. Transport allowance can be provided.
