Job Details
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Commis Chef I to join our kitchen team in Al Ain.
Requirements:
* 3–4 years of professional kitchen experience in the UAE.
* Good knowledge of international cuisine and various cooking techniques.
* Strong understanding of food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety standards.
* Valid food hygiene certificate.
* Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food quality.
* Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook a variety of international dishes to the required standards.
* Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
* Maintain proper food storage, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
* Assist the kitchen team with daily operations and preparation.
* Follow food safety procedures and minimize food waste.
