Job Details
The Wholesome Kitchen (TWK) is a delivery-only cloud kitchen in Al Ain cooking organic-first meals, meal plans, sourdough bakes and fresh juices.
What you'll do:
- Cook a la carte orders and daily/weekly meal plans to set recipes and portions
- Prep and batch-cook for high-volume delivery
- Keep every dish consistent in taste, portion and presentation
- Food safety, hygiene, labelling and stock rotation to Abu Dhabi standards
- Help develop new healthy recipes and support bakery (sourdough, cookies, protein treats)
What we need:
- 3+ years as a chef in a commercial kitchen (meal-prep, healthy or cloud kitchen preferred)
- Understands macros, high-protein and calorie-controlled cooking
- Sourdough or baking experience is a strong plus
- Valid food safety / hygiene certificate (HACCP or equivalent)
- English required, Arabic a plus
Full-time in Al Ain. Housing allowance provided.
