About the Role
We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Retail & Warehouse Assistant to support our fabric outlet and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should be energetic, organized, customer-friendly, and willing to assist with both retail and day-to-day warehouse activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in the retail/fabric outlet and provide basic product assistance.
Arrange and organize fabrics, materials, and merchandise.
Assist with receiving, loading, unloading, and moving stock.
Maintain proper stock arrangement and ensure the warehouse is clean and organized.
Support stock counting and inventory checks.
Prepare products and orders for customers.
Assist the sales team with daily retail operations.
Ensure products are properly displayed and stored.
Handle basic customer queries professionally.
Follow company procedures for stock handling and workplace safety.
Perform other general duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Previous experience in retail, warehouse, fabric, textile, or similar work is an advantage.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Physically fit and comfortable handling stock and materials.
Basic English communication skills.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Preferred Age : 20 - 28
Candidates currently based in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain are preferred.
